3. Independent Business Associate

• Members are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of the company.
• Every member shall operate as an Independent Business Associate.
• Members are solely responsible for their own taxes, legal obligations, and compliance with applicable government regulations.

4. Products and Purchases

• All products are subject to availability.
• The company reserves the right to change product prices, packaging, or availability without prior notice.
• Products must be used only according to the instructions and labeling provided.
• Products do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless approved by the relevant regulatory authority.

5. Income Disclaimer

• The company does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, bonus, or success to any member.
• Earnings depend entirely on the member's efforts, skills, sales performance, customer service, and business activities.
• The company does not promote any "Guaranteed Income," "Easy Money," or "Quick Rich Scheme."

6. Compliance with Direct Selling Regulations

• The company is committed to complying with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 of the Government of India.
• All members shall comply with these rules and the company's Code of Ethics.
• No income shall be payable solely for enrolling new members. Income shall be based only on actual product sales and eligible business activities under the company's applicable compensation plan.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal activities.
• Making false or misleading claims.
• Providing false medical or income-related guarantees regarding the products.
• Using the company's name, logo, or materials without prior authorization.
• Attempting to hack the system, steal data, or interfere with technical operations.
• Engaging in activities that may damage the company's reputation.

8. Suspension and Termination of Membership

If any member:

• Violates the company's policies,
• Is found involved in fraud or fraudulent activities,
• Damages the company's reputation,
• Or violates any applicable law,

The company reserves the right to suspend the membership temporarily or terminate it permanently without prior notice.

9. Refund and Cancellation

• Refunds shall be accepted only in accordance with the company's applicable Refund Policy.
• Refunds shall apply only to products returned in their Original Condition within the prescribed time limit.
• Once approved, refunds shall be processed according to the company's prescribed procedures.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The name, logo, trademarks, website content, designs, documents, and all other materials of Uttam Herbs India are the intellectual property of the company. Their use, reproduction, publication, or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your personal information shall be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The company shall neither sell nor share your personal information with any unauthorized third party, except where required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, products, or services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Member Declaration & Consent

I hereby confirm that I have read, or have had explained to me, the Direct Seller Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Compensation Plan of Uttam Herbs India. I fully understand and voluntarily accept all the terms, conditions, and policies of the company.

I further acknowledge that I have been informed that the company does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, bonus, or financial success. I understand that my earnings, if any, shall depend solely on actual product sales and eligible business activities in accordance with the company's Compensation Plan and applicable policies.

I agree to comply with all company policies, the Code of Ethics, and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Direct Selling business.
